Privacy Policy
VelocityStack serves businesses worldwide. We collect only the information required to deliver our services, we never sell your data, and we never share it without your consent or a legal obligation.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, work email, business name), your assessment questionnaire answers, payment status for report unlocks, and analytics about how the site is used (via Google Analytics). Analytics are aggregated; we do not build advertising profiles.
Assessment data and AI processing
If you complete our AI discovery assessment, your questionnaire answers are stored and processed with AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate your recommendations report. Answers are used to produce your report and to help us prepare for any engagement you request; they are not used to train AI models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card or mobile-money details go directly to the payment processor; we never see or store them. We keep only the transaction reference, amount and status.
Where data is processed
Our application and database are hosted on Vercel and Neon infrastructure in the United States, and AI processing is performed by Anthropic. Wherever you are in the world, your data may therefore be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, protected by the safeguards of those providers and by our access controls.
Security and retention
Access to customer data is limited to authorized team members. We use encrypted connections, secure storage and least-privilege access across our systems. Assessment data is retained while your account or report link remains active, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us. We honour the rights granted by the data-protection law that applies to you, including the GDPR, the Kenya Data Protection Act and similar laws elsewhere.
