These Terms govern your use of VelocityStack's website, assessments and services. By accessing our site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
VelocityStack is operated from Nairobi, Kenya and serves business customers worldwide. Our services are intended for businesses, not consumers.
Assessment reports
AI-generated assessment reports contain estimates and recommendations, not guarantees. Tool prices, savings and ROI figures are good-faith estimates at the time of generation; verify current pricing with each vendor before purchasing. Fees paid for a report are a one-time unlock of that report for the business it was prepared for, and are non-refundable once the full report has been delivered.
Pricing and payments
Report prices are listed in US dollars and may be charged in your local currency equivalent at checkout. Payments are processed by Paystack. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.
Engagements
Consulting engagements are defined in individual statements of work. Each engagement includes confidentiality obligations and mutual NDAs.
Intellectual property
Your report is yours to use within your business. Clients retain ownership of all IP delivered through VelocityStack engagements unless otherwise stated in writing. The assessment methodology, questionnaire and site remain VelocityStack's property.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the report or the applicable statement of work. VelocityStack is not responsible for consequential damages or for decisions you make based on the recommendations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Nothing in them removes protections you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your own country.
